if the front half of the car and rear half is off by just a tad, would it be possible to blend them together right where the front and rear door meet using a 3rd blendable color? what are your thoughts..?
It depends. I would say yes but it depends on how far they were off, what color it is and what part of the color was off.
If I was going to do it I would at least do the whole side. Give myself plenty of room to blend. Doesn’t take much time to sand and tape a fender and 1/4. The extra 30-45 it might take you would be worth it if the color ended up not blending easily. Plan for the worst and hope for the best!
