I’m trying to capture the lighter side of hanging a run, so with that in mind I’m happy to announce our next contest here….the Refinish Network Run-Off. see here for details:

I’m not eligible with this as I don’t have a picture of the actual run, but this was my biggest to date. I shot this whole van in one go (including the roof), and the other side had a run almost down the full length, around 15 foot long. You can see the obvious candidate – the body line halfway up the side (no window on the other side). And yes, I had to re paint that section :blush:

January 22, 2010 at 5:46 am #18847I have tried three times now to submit the winning picture but I keep getting an error message. I can view the gallery photos but the submit button doesn’t like me. :S

Wow I could have won this friday.. I had a new charger in the booth and two bumper covers.. well I rubbed my ass in the tunk trying to get by it… I sprayed more clear to smooth it off and ran it off lololololo had it dripping on the floorr hit bake at about 120 so it would not solvent pop and it turned out perfect!!!!!!!!!!
