Just You in Paint

Hi, I’m gonna be painting alone without a prepper because my part time prepper moved to a different company. I work in a small shop, one painter (me), 2 body techs. Sometime I get load of cars in one day from the techs and I usually need my prepper throughout the day prepping cars, priming and buffing. My prepper is also our detail guy. He works for me and the office. Now that I am alone in the paint shop, I am thinking of ways how to make things faster (prepping, painting, buffing). When I’m alone, I usually do 2-3 cars a day, sometimes 4 depends on how big is the job and the color match. If the match is bad, I usually spend some time tinting to get it close enough and call it good. The techs said the painter before me can paint 5-6 cars a day by himself and it kinda makes me think how I can paint that fast without a prepper. I’ve been painting for long enough and I’m just used to having a helper whenever I need it.
How do you guys do your stuff at the paint shop?
