is it possible no need blending end to end job is a must. since the cost of materials getting costly.

Edge to edge is how we refer to this situation in the UK.
I would only do this once you have discussed with the customer the pros and cons of this sort of repair.
Pro- quicker smaller repair and cost less. Con may not be 100% match to adjacent panel.
Personally I find its just quicker and easier to blend rather than waste time and paint by tinting.Jan.

If there was a “like” button on this forum I’d have just clicked it.
For me it’s generally more bother NOT to blend. As you say Ben, materials (and time) aren’t really an issue compared to reworking a job.
I’ll only go edge to edge with colours I have sprayed many times before and am absolutely sure will match.
If in doubt, blend it out….
