Ok well i am having a hard time always mixing to much or adding to much hardener too it, how do you guy keep from messing up with the stuff.

I am afraid my mistakes will lead to premature failure with the stuff from mixing it wrong some too hot some too cold. How do you get it right on a continuous basis?

yah that can be tricky … no real tight system for it other than those gun that put out filler and hardner at the same time (puttys) :pcorn: experience and trial and error.

Tech sheet says 2% by weight activator

Say you pour out 8 ounces of mud exactly how do you figure exactly how much Hardener to use by weight?

    8 x 28=224 X .02=4.48 4.5 grams hardener?
