Thanks for the info. Does the speed suffer at all? And what tip size ya running?
The speed is about the same as a 3000rp but faster than a first gen rp.I am a close fast painter (3-4 inches from surface about 75% overlap) and it fits my style .I have always run what sata has recomended for what I spray (sikkens) which is a 1.4,I tried a 1.3 in a first gen and 3000rp and did not like the way it sprayed.This time around the paint charts suggest a 1.2-1.3 so I got a 1.3.The interesting thing I found when you compare the fluid tips between all 3 generation rp’s they are different sizes.For example a 1.4 first gen is smaller than a1.4 300rp,and a 1.3 4000rp is about the same size as a 1.4 3000rp :blink: real goofy but interesting.I had a look at the super nova and it just looks ridiculous,and feels uncomfortable,and the iwata guy wanted $100 more for the iwata,to me it looks like a toy 😉

:dnc Ah thanks for the review! Now if anyones intrested im selling my SATA 3000 RP Digital 1.3 tip and it also comes with a 1.4 tip setup in box with all tools,cleaning brush 1.0l aluminum cup,3m PPS adapter and in a sata box (may not be a RP box) $600 Hahahaha!
hi every1 im new 2 this site, i just got a digital 4000hvlp 1.3 today shipped from the uk for $650 ill let you guys know what i think about it monday after i use it a couple times, i buy all my satas from uk ebay they average 100-200 cheaper, heres a link 2 the guy i buy them from hes trustworthy
im looking for a 4000 rp 1.3 if some1 can point me in the right direction the guy in the uk only has 4000 rp1.2s, thank you happy new year!!
correct me if im wrong but 420 euro +25 euro shipping is $595us thats alot better then the $695 my jobber wants
