nice! Super clean work.
If you vacuum it with a beater bar it should break up the overspray quite a bit. Enough to keep it effective for a while longer. That said, it’s not going to last forever. Good thing it’s cheap.
from all of my reading, and never using a real booth at my shop, I’d like to try carpet on the floor and just stick to tacky coat on the walls and ceiling. vacuum it often, pressure wash it once in a while.

I am a glasser – I know all about making bondo sculptures look really good in the end. I just wouldn’t try it on top of sheetmetal.
I’ve only tried to pull out one really nasty dent, and I couldn’t get it out with my stud welder. I was just doing it as a practice piece, thankfully.
I probably would have tried to get a patch panel for something like this, unless you have access behind it to push it out real close.

I didn’t read your post, but how do I get the clear coat out of the can of krylon from walmart into my cup on my gun I got from harbor freight? I want to paint a uber-custom ’96 civic with flames.
Looks nice Bill. Working in a homemade booth must really suck…. I only did 1 complete in mine, and had to cut the whole damn car….
3m now allows you to have a 3″ flat, mirror-finished area on a orange-peeled hood!

remember poly primer is non going to seal, so you’ll have to spray more epoxy on top of it all. I just wouldn’t waste the extra epoxy.
almost everything I spray is glass or plastic.
