spray a wet bed prior on your blending panel, it will help. Also on your silver try reducing it more which i noticed helps a bit also. Check you have the exact variant, some people just spray no1 and just blend, use the right variant and it will help with blending.
platinum is 10 points, means nothing really tho but that for an idividual. Gold is everyone in the shop including managers (not office staff and apprentices) needs 2 points a year for gold status for the shop, the points expire every 5 years since you got the points.
