Accelerator makes it stay wet longer, now i’ve heard it all!! The folks at sikkens sound pretty crafty!

I know with the RM DH hardeners, the only difference between the normal (46) & fast (42) is the fast one has jet 95 accelerator in it. The 46 definitely gives you more time. Interesting to hear anyhow, I guess if its working for him.
ya. most additives will make the paint stay open a little longer. kinda like putting extra hardener in the clear. it won’t really make it kick faster.
You know, when I look through the “services offered” section of craigslist, I see the cheapest, most desperate, of my area. I am actually very well versed in marketing, and I’m surprised more people don’t participate in this section.

At any rate, “craigslist” has the ability to include images, so if you don’t include an image of the type of work you do, or an image of your facility, you are going to get people like you, responding to your ad. (free advertising to people who want free work).

Maybe blunt, but a picture is worth a thousand words. What you have to understand is “craigslist’ is just one of many avenues to gain exposure. Your name, or trademark, should always be your heading.

Just for fun, if you sneezed, what would you call the thing you needed?
I know what you are saying (klennez) but they are really facial tissue. just wondering if it has worked for anyone. i could really use some good marketing advise. but dont have alot of extra funds to spend. i’m off the beaten path and not in the public eye so i need a little extra exposure.. yellow page ads werent working so well.

as far as the sharkskin. thats pretty much all i use. i dont even bother putting paper down that often. its faster to backtape and then lay the plastic over and cut it out with a razor.
I’ve just waived the image size limit (up to 3M anyhow) and can use this thread to test something myself. Try and post that image again without cropping it again if you want.
