    i dont use much paper so i only have one size on hand. no need stocking a whole bunch of stuff i never use. used to have 36 but havent bought that in a few years. i have some 3in for bike parts

    that was the 255 clear. still have some left. honestly the $80 napa 15420 is a nicer clear. i wanted to use that but ran out and they didnt have the right hardener in stock.

    no overspray but i didnt see you tape up the dog leg jamb. did you need to prime in there as well:P

    for some reason i thought you were showing a fender gap at first:blush: . why are you trying to fit the valance now that you have everything else welded on. you should have fit it all before getting the welder out. it would have made it a lot easier could have sucked those quarters in just a little to make it look good

    gotta love a guy that blocks his body work with a da:unsure: . i’ve never seen someone make love to a quarter panel for so long though:P and in that time you put those 3 pieces of paper on i would have had the thing bagged and in primer;) .
    nice job though. i do like that da. it is gear driven?

    ya charlies got a point there. the g2 i used was fine. sprayed with a cheap astro qul with a 2.0 tip. no reduction. sprayed fine

    make sure you take the fender back to the paint store and pick out the correct alt from the chips. then double check the mix before you leave
