Seriously, nice work there :cheerswithout seeing it its tough to pinpoint exactly. but it sounds like you may have sanded through the clear and the solvents in the new paint wrinkled the base
in those sand through areasCongrats on the job, but you are going to need to learn how to use a bondo spreader. pic #4 looks like you slapped that stuff on with your hand :blink:
Bob has some good points. But you are only doing 5 cars a week. Why add more payroll at this point. get comfortable in the office and shoot one car a night. somtimes 2

On the drywall site i’m on the candaians pick on the kiwis about their sheep :whistle:you should be fine with 320. very important to make sure to remove the courser grit scratches with each step

I was talking about before you primesorry to hear about your cat Nex. When I was younger we had a string of about 3 or 4 dogs that all died by getting run over. At least Pumpkin lived a good long life
Looks like it came out nice nex.
What grit do you finish with before primer? those scratches look a little course in the paint. you may see those scratches in the future. If you have a DA it would be better to feather the paint back with and get rid of those straight line scratchesCongrats :cheers
