Dude your joists could hold an elephant, 3 fat ladies, and a boyscout! B) I left the tongue and groove on top and sistered mine one side only from the bottom here and they are STIFF, your floors are gonna be seriously stout. :cheers
Those 2 rooms were where the joists were hacked up the most. some of it was really scary :chair they cut a joist 1/2 out cause it was in the way of a toilet drain. all they did to reinforce it was put a 2×4 block in :wak. and that was just one of the good partsOctober 28, 2009 at 1:23 am #16637practice first too so you can make sure you are gettin the texture right.
October 27, 2009 at 3:20 am #16614while racism or discrimination isnt funny the stupidity of some people is ood for a laugh. he actually said he did it because people callin from other parts of america dont understand the indian/spanish culture  . WHat he thinks they are just callin his hotel out of the blue without realizing where it is :wak . I would Imagine anyone callin to make a reservation would be fully aware of where the hotel is and the culture of that area.
But anyways, the sad thin is today we dont ask much of our help. he are happy when they just show up for work. with unemployment so high you would think that they would be goin above and beyond just to ensure their job is secure :rofl but it seems just the opposite. sad but trueOctober 27, 2009 at 2:37 am #16610the one thats bein dragged by the fork lift is the top of the long one thats laying down in the picture just above it. ya they were some big ones. cousin climbed up them, topped them off then dropped the bottoms. didnt hit a single thing :rock and the price was right :cheers the branches were a mess to clean up though. gives a lot of extra light on the house now

October 24, 2009 at 11:51 pm #16569a tank and 2 fenders solid color I would charge $1000.00. I strip them down to bare metal and start fresh. a ding or dent I would take care of but any more body work i would charge my hourly rate. Also they would be sanded and buffed.
On smaller parts like bike tins a few dirt nibs are more noticeable than a few nibs on a car door. also bike owners are more fussy than car owners. you dont want to send the tins out with peel and dirt.
it will be more efficient if you can do multiple sets at once. you dont want to low ball your pricin too much. you can always give a discount based on the amount of work he gives you.October 24, 2009 at 4:48 am #16561pnlbtr4life wrote:
