I sprayed a red acura mdx one time with dupont. I think I had about 8 coats with that thing
it’s a pretty transparent red. but it does cover fairly well. i was putting the coats on light and think i did 5. if i put em on heavier i probably would have gotten away with 3.
The clear was Napa’s Martin Senour line 15420. a very nice clear at a fraction of the cost of the glaso stuffTape line was my preppers fault. he didnt scuff any further down:( and i wasnt gonna take the time to do it.

i’d go for 2 setup and about 6 pull then some cosmetic repair time on the rails and some more on the bumper brackets and a little paint time like .5 for each rail
the more you break each operation down the more overall time you can get as opposed to lumping it all togeather[b]jimmo wrote:[/b]

I was gonna use $200 in epoxy bumper repair material. figured it would give it better corrosion protection:P
