Thanks ben i appreciate the info. I like where im at and enjoy my job a lot better than my last so i just wanna come up with something to suggest to him. Because i know one day im gonna just get pissed off an lose it and i dont want that to happen. I like my boss he just isnt the sharpest tool in the shed and it takes a lot of patience to deal with him sometimes. Ill just have to sit down with him and talk. I think we do enough work to justify a pay increase and we dont even get paid vacation or holidaysz, thats gonna have to change also. We have been increasing our profit just about every month we’ve been open. Last month we did $60,000 but that includes parts also. That was our gross income.
anyone?? Should i move this to another section??
