    Yup. what he said.

Since your gun is new, it’s either airborne or something in your line.
Try adding a disposable inline air filter; those round plastic bubble
thingy. And, consider the air movement in your “booth” and all stuff
    nearby; silicone detailing products, etc.

I’ve used business cards once. Only once.

That follex trim tape looks good. How much is it??

Agreed to all the above. I’d strip it all down, shoot two coats of
epoxy then mud work, prime, seal and bc/cc. Done! :cheer:

And, by the time you finish the mud work with 220, the panels
should be straight enough for some regular build 2K. Not always though…

The booth and you have to be hospital clean. You have to shave (everything)
and spray butt-naked too; it’s the rule.

Mo, Meguiars is good stuff. Try the M105 Ultra Cut Compound and the M205 Ultra Finishing Polish.
Once you get used to these polishes it’s hard to use anything else.

G, that hood is new and the bumper a reconditioned. It was in a front
accident before and was repaired by another shop. Apparently, they
didn’t bother to use a sealer or or a very cheap one…
