    grey carbo pads are where its at. they create a much more even/ consitent scuff and last much longer.

    for colors such as this , depending on the job I will mix a tinted milky blue sealer (suggested for most transparent blues), or transfer the color of that into basecoat using the colormap for a ground. With sikkens in Mixit, it usually will suggest a ground coat in their colorbuild book if its a transparent color. I prefer doing it with the basecoat as its better to blend that out than sealer IMO

    I use a 1.4 LS400 hybrid…. have always used it just for clearcoat and I love it. I have heard it is also a good basecoat gun but I havent tried.

    Also the older style LS400 are awesome for clear and SS
