One thing I would like to add is sikkens only has a regular base formulas for some colors that are tri-stage in other companies.They don’t offer a cheater formula for for tri stages,a couple of colors for example are nissan b17,chrysler pel and a few others that I can’t think of.I don’t know how you would do a pearl white in regular base,white kills all metallics and pearls,so to get the effect you want you would have to use a huge amount just to get a slight effect….sorry can’t see how that would work. :unsure:
Wa301n red jewel pearl coat matches fantastic in sikkens autowave,like everyone else has said it is just a base clear system.I have also butt matched it many times,no worries chuck 😉

Wb hardener has been out for about 6 months,the only place I would use it is on a front bumper cover where rock chips are inevitable.You add 5% to your base,mix it then add your WB activator.Can’t see how it will increase your potlife,every time I use it the base is jello the next day.They also say that sprayability doesn’t change but I think it does.Hard to say if this is the fix,I was told not to use it on everything,just areas prone to chipping.You can also use HS+LV hardener if you can’t get the wb hardener.

Yes I remember all that BS,I demoed a cvi for 2 weeks for a favor to my jobber,I told him and that forum that the cvi was a turd,boy did they get defensive :rofl :rofl There are 3 of us on this forum that use a Tekna everyday with no issues,if you don’t like it for clear it will make a fantastic base gun for autobase plus,I would put money on it that it will spray HS+ effortlessly.
No kidding UPP,Iwata is more money than a sata in my area also,kinda funny that everyone says Iwata is cheaper :lol1 :lol1 You can’t go wrong with a sata in my book I think they are made tougher also.Just throwing this out there but have you tried a tekna with a 7e7 cap?I have been very impressed with mine for base,it also does a good job with clear,but it is not as fast as an rp.
Who cares if it is compliant or not,if you can get it use it :stoned
I like the digital feature,but I would rather use an adam gauge instead of the digital gun.
