Thanks for the tip. I ended up just rednecking it (not my ideal choice). I put a piece of 22 gauge and rivited it like before. Thanks for the tips on plastic repair. Next time I have a fender off one of the wheelers I’ll hopefully be able to try atleast one method (all the wheelers spend their lifes at my property where the only one’s who see are my family)
January 28, 2012 at 2:29 am #35553Ok thanks I’ll try and get in into boces in the next week. I don’t have a plastic welder at home (Still in the stone ages with tools if we have them) Thanks for the tip

January 5, 2012 at 9:30 am #35133I was gunna actually buy a harborfrieght 110v welder for auto body work. Glad I saw this thread. Well I guess it’ll be a while before I personally get a welder. Lol
January 5, 2012 at 3:24 am #35118I’ve used guide coat before and I know its a life saver lol. And I will once I get the money. Right now doing only light work at home Harbor Frieght is good enough. We have Chraftsman mainly for the hand tools at boces (I also have a full set at home so set there lol) I’m not sure about the rest of the tools. However my shop teacher is a real veteran and wouldn’t let us use some piece of junk tool. Thanks again for the tips
