now the white pearl honda, i admit i don’t see white pearl honda’s often, but it’s one of the pretiest white pearls out there.

why is it that on pearls something has to find it’s way into the paint. lucky me, it was in the clear, a lil help with a specail tool to get it out.
Looks Good. How did you prep the blends?
thanks. what i like to do is go over my blend area with 1000 grit, not to slick it up but mainly to clean it well. then follow with light presure, a carbo red scotch pad with some 3m scuff it paste. then we hit the car with a brush and wash it. well part of it. ok, so we mist the dang thang.

my opion would be this, from the photo it doesn’t look it has rusted through, i would clean it well (grinding) and shoot some expoy on it followed by som undercoating wet on wet and be done. (wet on wet= prime wait 10 mins, then undercoat)

oh, i see, if i flip them around, i should get another 3 weeks out of them.

    March 26, 2011 at 4:18 am #29831

here’s the update on these filters. i ran these for 3 weeks, air flow was very good, so i figure i’ve gotten my monies worth. i think that if your useing solvent you can go 4-5 weeks easily. i ask where my guy got them from, he said a company called, air filtration corpartion. he’s gonna get me the web site monday. my price was 212.00 for 30″ x 200′.
    here’s some pics.
here’s the top side with the grate pulled off.

    here’s the side shot.

here’s the bottom side, pretty clean.

i don’t think nex could fit it in his closet. and he don’t have enough cats to buff out the trash in the paint.

i like the crystals, but the edges are frayed and can leave bits behind, ppg has some that are blue and are not frayed on the ends. and blowing while you tack of helps a lot.
