what untill you take the door handles out!
got to remeber euro clears r design to dry slower, your guys may not useing enough flash time. try some omni mc161 clear, very nice clear for being cheap.
F I could afford it, I go with ir heat. Shot cures it from the inside out, & your done bakeing in 12 mins..
We use propane in ours but don’t let any one fool you, u might get a certain twmp out but u will have cold spots in there. So when u bake u want to take a twmp reading at the heat source comeing in, & then at verious spots across the car. To see what the metal twmp is, then u cvan use the right clear, and position the car where it will bakke the best.amen!

thanks jay. it was a nice time to spend with my wife, she said she had a new profound respect of what i do on a daily basis. she told me it take way too much patiance, something that she doesnt’ much of.
i forgot to add, that i took some 36″ green paper, place it on the side of the trailer, cut around the wheel wells, and marked where i wanted the leters. i then had a friend of my wife take the paper as well a comp. logo, she then took them to her daughters school, and used a projector (after drawing a transparncy) and blew it up to proportion and traced it.
then she and my wife cut everything out thur. and fri nites.that cause your shop is like 4 stalls big, and you roll around on your seat most of the time. 🙂
no wonder you can’t afford nice brand tools. :p
i’m a do one better. the boss said that he was going to have the guy pick the parts back up, he didn’t realize that what the guy wanted done when they talked over the phone.
we don’t have any blasting media or equipment here, so that’s out.
their just pissed cause folks don’t know them like dupont is well known. however their clears do die, in a blink of a eye too.
