I would go back to bare metal mate and start again metal treat it 2pack epoxy and 2pack urethane primer, You could just da the flaking clear off but since it’s your own car you want to do a good job that last’s.. just my 2cents 😉
That would be handy for those rushed through blend outs on bumpers that are going out that same day.. If it works :whistle:

A few things wet the floor and walls, wear a good spray suit, tack rag after every coat masking,panel’s etc use those we fillter’s in you gun cup if your no using pps system, mask your job real nice with no opneings or gaps etc…
