    i always spray with it wide open but increase, decrease the air pressure as needed. some materials spray better with smaller or larger tips so thats something you should check the product TDS for to see whats recommended. and lastly your problem with the ss white might of just been a clogged air cap.

    :welc to the forum, i think most of the problems that metallics have are caused by improper reduction and air pressure. now is this a problem with all metallics or some like silvers and golds?

    i dont think its so much so the thickness of the filler but more of what its applied to. most of the cabs i get in here have filler cracking because its apllied over painted surfaces like low spots that the grinder didnt reach into.

    looks good bro! as far as criticism goes it makes a cleaner job if you remove the door handle when painting but nonetheless excellent repair

    your body work looks real clean and whats wrong with the color?? i think it would look awesome in gold maybe with black stripes like blove suggested?. keep us posted i cant wait to see how it turns out
