    yea, most epoxies arent made for bare metal surfaces as you;ll see them suggesting you use an etching primer first, but skil all that and sand it back down and apply an epoxy thats direct to metal

    JUST DO IT. chances are it’ll work. but no one will recommend it like crossing reducers, or hardners. in my own experiments lots of things are compatiable.

    it used to be possible with the old steel cars, if you mess up, u could always bang a new dent in with a hammer and start over. the new steel isnt as forgiving.

    this is an interesting topic, Ive always used 800 for blend panels, so are you guys saying clear will fill 500-600 grit scratches without swelling up or showing through?

    this one is childs play lol. and like bondo said, ull want to bolt some of it together to check for proper panel fit before you do any cosmetic work let alone primer.

    my silvers were coming out a little ugly until i used clear base first and slow reducer and now im able to say silvers come out real nice. i hate spraying them only because gloss doesnt really show as good as it does with any other color

    if you have access to DeBeer paint you’ll like it more than Deltron, Chromabase or ultra 7000. looks like we’re all gonna have to switch to water sooner or later. :kofee
