We have decided that most all of the Cartel is crap.. They have in unison embraced the McKinsey Method of business, which is grab all and let none go until it is just before the judge hits the bench….

Shelter is one of our last civil outfits to come in contact with. All Cartel calls get the phone recorder (30 bucks from Radio Shack well spent) kicked on to dispell BS and capture the slanders…

We have ethics, and I am most handy at seeing to it that the Cartel can be chastized for their non- ethical methods. Deceptive referral charges are listed on my estimating program, just as are feather prime and block, or polish paint surface and mask jambs…… Sorry folks, this is the real world, and these greedy idiots are trained and ingrained to crap on our customers as manner of course. This of course filters down to us as repairmen. That is where all of us need to say no, won’t go there or play your game, just proper honest high quality and safe repairs no matter what your self-serving ‘guidelines’ amount to. I have my guidelines to and you are NOT included.

Remember guys, we are end legally responsible for our work.. NOT any smiling faced Cartel dummy, most of whom flunked out of our industry anyway…

I live next door to my shop. BIG mistake–but it does make for a short drive to work. It is just too tempting to wander over to the shop and clean that little mess up ot shoot some primer that will put me a full day ahead on Monday—

It really is rough when your business is also your hobby— I quess that is why I spend so much time learning how to properly PO the insurance Cartel by shutting them down at their own game, boxing them in and having them with not outs, just like they have had me, and all of us several times, in the past….

That is my passion, to keep the Cartel out of my business… My customer is my vehicle owner.

As always THANK YOU BIG TIME for providing us, the ones of whom soil ourselves to repair what the ones who look down upon us drive to church, with a method of communication among our selves. This allows us to formulate method and tech of which will enable us to keep closer to even with the crappy, snide, underhanded and blatantly illegal scams and tricks promulgated upon our customers by the insurance Cartel..

I know that at times we all get most PO-d with the Cartel and the games they play. Thanks again for the patience you exhibit in letting some of blow a gasket now and then. One must realize that the stunts we endure daily are for real, in smack us all right in the dinner plate as owners or commission employees. We don’t go home at 5 o’clock with our ‘allowance’ pinned on our collars no matter what happens…

We live on a “fixed income” — IF IT AIN’T FIXED THERE IS NO INCOME!!!!!!

Many thanks again! All of your computer geek stuff makes little sense to me, as I am typing on the typewriter hooked to this TV thingy on my desk as we speak. I have yet to find what they make this ‘net’ thing out of, I don’t know if it is just string, of maybe rope,, gosh I don’t really know. But I would bet if the Cartel has anything to do with it, it would be make out of aftermarket fake rope or LKQ string from a junkyard!!!!!!!

In our ‘market area’ (sounds pro doen’t it?) dealerships do not have in house bodyshops. They found that it is too spendy to fire one up and keep it going with hired unmotivated employees. Kind of like the Cartel found out in the late seventies, that the false marketplace they have created makes profit impossible without real outward effort.

This is why we have had in the past several ‘we will take care of your bent fender and warranty stuff’ agreements with these dealer principals as the float thru… Seems like the dealership thing is turned on and off like a water tap… I have gotten somewhat numb to getting too wound up over these sorts of things. One has to be careful or the scales tip way over in the other direction in ‘taking care’ of each salesman that crashes his demo—. It can and does work, take notes and make use of all the contacts and exposure you can, of course.

Meanwhile-do not ever get in bed with the phoniest term I have ever heard of-‘Insurance Partner’– What in the h_ll is someone thinking about???? Partner my livin’ behind!!
