just to clarify, is this ONE sag, or several sags? How big is it/are they?

If it is more than just a small area I would think it would be quicker and easier to sand them out and re-clear…
There are several methods to getting out a run.
And although Razoring works. it’s easy to over/under do it and either burn through, or not cut enough that you get ghosting.

So far the best and most user friendly method I’ve found to take one out (Although far from the fastest) is the putty trick.

Not that I get runs or anything like that. Just what I’ve heard.

Pretty interesting looking setup.
Looks pretty pricey to. Seems like they got a half million different attachments for that thing.

I was looking at some Martin Manure Etch P-Sheets the other day. And I saw that E-coat was one of the listed substrates.
And I thought the same thing: What’s the point?

But I guess it applies the same as to using it over Fillers.
Nobody is going to waste all their etch covering all their filler work, (Although with the Cost of Etch I’m sure they’d like you to.)
But I think it’s entirely just listed so that you can spot in burn through’s, and not have to worry about being extremely careful around the surrounding coatings.

Although I do think that many people mis-read these P-sheets and try to put the stuff on like epoxy.
Which in the end just ends up costing them a lot of coin.

Welcome.
It’s good to hear that some companies are actually stepping up to see what customers really want and need.

Looks real good. Been keeping an eye on that one on FB
What did you guys end up lining the inner quarters with on that one?
Your floors look too clean to actually be pulling out a liner gun.

Also 3M rubbing compound is a little on the dull side. You may want to step your first cut up to something like Superduty.

Welcome aboard.
And watch out for that Ben guy. He’s trouble. Nobody can be that smug in this industry, so we know he’s a spy. :hunt :silly:

I’d say start using 3oz mixing cups and call it good. 😉
