Definetly a two part epoxy, it designed to flex with the bumper and will give a stronger and more durable repair if prepped correctly. Using plastic fillers is not recomended on plastic covers.

Yea $12hr seems a bit low to me too. How much experience do you have? I am planning on training another employee this year and i will probably start him off with $12hr.

Your boss is probably pulling your chain a little but there are alot of overhead costs that goes along with running a shop. Heat and light bills, rent (if he doesnt own the shop),parts and materials, salarys for the employees, taxes etc. I would estimate that i “take home” 30% of what i make a year. Yea thats pretty grose

Ps. Whats with that Avatar?

For paint supplys (primers, sealers, base and clear) i stick to one product and DO NOT mix and match. The products are designed, tested and warrantied to work with each other and i do not take any chances with the failure of the product and job just to save a few pennys.

For my buffing there are alot of great products available that include 3M, Norton and Farcula to name a few. I am currently using Norton.

the 202 air cap on the tekna is designed to be used as a HVLP. it blows. You will get better results with the 7e7 IMO.
