I dont think there is such a thing as discounts. My jobber gives me a “perfered body shop” discount too, but its just to make it sound good and they just have it added in somewhere else. Lets face it they are in business to make money and thats what they are doing.

I havent used IXELL but have read about it online. Their products are available in Europe,Asia,Africa and South america not North America. They are not only a paint company but offer a wide range of autobody supplys that include sandpaper, fillers and windshield repairs to name a few.

yup. Been there, done that. The first time i used them i forgot to push the vent and lost almost a Qt. of clear. besides the cost (around 85 bucks  ) it was a terrible mess. After that i learned quick and do like them.

Im gonna try going with a different system, but not planning on jumping into anything just yet. Jayson M is telling me that the Lesonal waterbase is great for the cost and is about 30-40% cheaper than the Nexa. Anyone else using the lesonal water? how is it? If i dont switch brands at least it will still give me some leverage on my jobber :woohoo:

good job nex, looks great. BTW i usually fill the stone chips instead of sanding them out, that way you are not risking low spots/ripples.
