when I do exterior body panels (rust patch) I butt weld a patch in …. takes some practice to master,(no warping) but once you do there is no other way …. lap welds are a rust trap :whistle: :pcorn: B)

if done right … i’ve seen plenty of failing adhesive jobs. and when it comes to structural integrity, I have my doubts :pcorn:
