I found it to be a very convenient system for mixing basecoat mainly. Your gun is so much easier to clean, but from time to time you try and disconnect your material cup to early and get splattered, it can be frustrating. The main problem with this system is the cost. It is way overpriced; it works out to about 1.50/job for me just for base. It is more convenient but not worth the price to me.

AnonymousMay 13, 2008 at 6:07 pm #10353sweet, I’ve been waiting for the gerson rep to come in for about a month now. I don’t think he wants me to have it. but ya, let me know how it works.
May 14, 2008 at 1:32 am #10356if you goto gerson web site you can get a free starter kit and a 2 dollar bill from them to try it. it takes about 2 weeks to get it and it came with a new 2 dollar bill in it.
AnonymousMay 14, 2008 at 3:21 am #10360is it American only? theirs no 2 dollar .bills in Canada anymore .. 🙁 🙁
May 21, 2008 at 8:14 pm #10379yep us 2 dollar bill which they still make but most are used in europe for some reason.when i lived in germany damn things were everywhere. we used it the other day other than how it mounts the cap it has plasic fold over retainers they fell kinda flimsy but worked fine. I had this persistent feeling it was going to fall off the the gun the whole time.I’m gonna try devilbiss version as soon as i get it in to try.
