I’m looking at picking up this van from an IAAI auction. A body shop would be doing the repair work. Does it look doable or is it not worth the effort?

If you were going to get a good deal on parts and labor it might be a bit cheaper, if not buy a new or used one. It will be cheaper and less hassle in the end.
The only people get a deal fixing totals are the ones who do the work themselves or the guys who butcher the hell out of them and send them on the road or to another country.
