Any BASF users are likely familiar with this, but anyone that isn’t its a quarterly small magazine put out by BASF that has tips, articles, news & promotes BASF too of course. It is a good read.
But the main reason for the post is something I saw in their that I found really interesting. Their talking about keeping a black car cool by painting it white first, then after applying BASF black it allows IR light from the sun to go through the black and reflect off the white, thus keeping the surface cooler similar to a white vehicle. I thought that was pretty neat, thought I’d see what everyone though.
