chrome white paint job

hi all, new uk user to the forum
I work on a small bodyshop where I do all painting and most prep/masking.
my friend wants me to paint his 14 plate mercedes a chrome white, lots of tips/hints and suggested products(remember I am in uk) would be gratefully appreciated.just remembered another option he has given me is something that really comes to life at night time, something white in daylight(favourite colour) and other colour at night, any suggestions?
