    Thought I would throw up some pics of our custom built prep station.. I have about 1500 in everything.. Found the 18″ blower on ebay used with a 3phase motor for 100.. Traded a DA for 20 feet of used curtain.. Everything else was bought new.. It works fairly well, we do all of our priming and prep work there. The filter box is made out of wood, I was in the process of replacing the filters when I took these pictures..

    that looks pretty slick joe makes me feel bad about grinding the mud on my honda in the booth today:blink: 🙁 🙁

    That’s pretty sweet looking. Something I’ve wanted at my shop, maybe I’ll copy you. I can imagine they make a big difference as far as containing dust to one area. Cool 🙂

    Yeah it makes a huge difference when sanding.. Also nice for priming bigger jobs.. Has been worth every penny we spent on it.. If you have any questions on it let me know.. It was pretty simple to build..

    well mine aint as flashy but ya get the idea actually this comes in handy 1 horse 24 inch tubaxle;) i use iut ta keep the dump clean to:) 🙂

    theirs a screen in front of it like a qtr inch mesh that keeps the big stuff from going thru it a shredding it an spitting outside of the building to
