Anyone using this system or seen it in action?
It sounds like a great idea. It’s almost so simple, it’s like a “Duh! Why didn’t I think of that?” thing.
The concept is this; Your compressor compresses air. You hook it up to a tool, which uses some of that compressed air, but blows most of it out the exhaust. Why not send that exhaust air back into the compressor?
The system requires either one of their compressors, or they can rig it to your current compressor. You either have to use their air tools, or use a kit to convert your tools. You need a dual air line (one supply, one exhaust).
I did a Google search and came across some engineering discussion which indicates this system cannot possibly worked as claimed.
Does it? Can it?

I wonder if it can reuse my airblower air.
sounds like a good idea.
I thought so too. Imagine if you could get the performance of a 40 or 50 gallon compressor out of a 25 gallon?
Imagine saving on energy costs by the compressor not needing to run as much?
It sounds awesome… if it works anywhere near as claimed (or at all)

Sure… you just have to mount a big collector in the ceiling that sucks it all in and sends it back to the compressor!
Sending back to the compressor.. i.e. re compressing what is being sucked.. again a waste of energy to re compress it..
The point is.. you can’t fill the tank without compressing the gas/air.. This alone takes the energy which adds to already used energy to compress it in the first place..Maybe it is a good idea for recycling air.. get the air cleaner out to the atmosphere..
you will create back pressure on the tool by connecting it to anything that gives any resistance at all
PS the tool doesnt use some of the air it uses all of the air and exhusts out all of the air ,what it uses is the stored energy within the compressed air ,the most efficiant thing to do is swop as many of your air tools for electric tools as compressed air tools are very inefficiant in the first place 😉
