    Can Evercoat Poly-Flex be applied over 2K primer / factory paint or should it be used only over bare plastic?

    I realize the tech sheet says its ok to go on paint but I would like to confirm, thanks!

    You certainly can apply it over paint and primer if needed. But it is best not to. Using any filler, it is generally best to apply over the bare substrate (metal, plastic etc).
