Finding Painters & Preppers

Good morning Painters and Preppers:
I am in need or your assistance. I am an Auto Industry Recruiter who has been trying to fill 3-6 job openings in the Autobody and Painting industry for the past 3 months. I have been having difficulty making contact with experienced Preppers and Painters in the GTA.
I was invited to join the fourm by the site administrator and at his suggestion have placed several classified ads today. The void of available painters and preppers is becoming an epidemic.
If anyone has any suggestions where I can make more contacts, I would greatly appreciate it. I am even willing to offer spiffs / bird dog fees for assistance in successfully placing a candidate.
The few persons I managed to find and place this summer were able to practically write their own tickets. They were able to demand the wage they wanted and were able move to a work location only minutes from their home.
I would love to help any of you do the same if you are interested in any of the opportunities I am searching for in brampton, Maple, Vaughan and Markham.

andy@autorecruit.caI find it very difficult to find qualified techs here in the Durham Region too. Most places are taking good care of the guys they desperately want to keep. We do the same, I do have one Bodyman I’d love to give ya though.
I have a painter to go with jimmo’s body tech.
It snowed here yesterday, if you send him up here for a year, he will come back with a whole new outlook.
