I am trying to prove what I believe to be a myth that flex additives evaporate. I know that some paint lines did or still do, such as ppg…but not all lines. Here’s a video of flexed vs non-flexed primers & clears that have dried for over 2 years in a pps cup.

the first one is DC92 clear with DF25 elastifier, I’ve added a small drop of color to it so we can see it better. The second is DP20 with DF25 & the third is DP20 with no additive.
I also have some powerfill flexed with HF08 & without that I’ll post eventually to.
this topic is a carryover from someone suggesting the quiz had this answered wrong and that flex additives do evaporate. I’m just trying to get it straightened out, what do you guys think?
