I have been having a blast since 1 july telling adjusters that the paint cap they are putting on their estimates are now illegal in virginia.And if they balk I get to tell them that the state will suspend their license:laugh:.I also get to tell them that if they don’t tax paint and material and haz mat the dept of taxation will audit them back to 1 july 95 when the law took effect.I got progressive on it already.But believe it or not they dropped the cap 2 weeks before the deadline:laugh:
