How drunk is too drunk to drive?

Here is a picture of a Dodge truck that hit a stoplight being driven by a drunk driver who left the scene and went to another bar two miles away. It was then towed to the impound lot another two and a half miles and it took a backhoe two or three tugs to get the pole off the truck.
