How many people get Direction to Pays up front?

It makes perfect sense to have your customer sign a Direction to Pay (DTP) and/or a Power of Attorney when they sign a repair order. How many of you do this? It makes for a easy payment on supplements.
cant say i have but what your saying does make alota sense:)
absolutley everytime. it is great leverage when i whup one out on an ins when they refuse to repair a vehicle correctly and pay up.just used one today on usaa on labor rate dispute.
