Where u guys shooting your metalics at? I know I know 16psi blah blah efficient transfers… But u can get such a better and larger pattern at around 25 psi. It’s worth the trade off in material if you ask me. Let’s hear it
Everyone has a different setting for their style of painting, but 18-20 psi seems to be the sweet spot for me when shooting metallic and 20-22 seems to be best for clear with a slightly less than wide open fan and full open fluid. I am an enthusiast though, so whatever I say must be taken with a grain of salt since I probably paint in a different way than people who have bee properly trained (I just got OJT training over multiple years).
