More Changes , Full Screen Forum

I thought it would be nice to have the forum viewable in full screen, so here it is. I put a few options at the top but most importantly the shoutbox doesn’t seem to display very well under the forum, I may tinker with it so it loads underneath but for now you’ll need to click on the load shoutbox button and open it in a new window if you want to shout in the forums.
