Hello everyone!! I have been lurking on this site for a month or so and finally registered.I have been in the industry since 85 and full time since the spring of 1988.I work at a very large independant 18,000 sq.ft. body shop where we do every thing from collision(very hard hits to small) restoration,completes,semi’s to painting a fridge or filing cabinet.I spend most of my time painting but I still have to do some collision when we get busy.2 of us do all the painting for 12 body techs.We have 2 booths and one is 3 years old with a bake cycle.I am another canuck located in southern Alberta.I will post some pics of a chevelle I did last summer later on.

glad to hear see you made it on here Jayson. I wonder how far you are from stone…I can never remember exactly where he’s from…just know its out west.
Sounds like quite an operation, I’d love to see some pictures of the shop your in. I’ve painted my fair share of odds and ends too, army hoods were the weirdest…had to throw sand in them for traction…very different…some of my cleanest jobs ever!

Hi Charlie,I’m 4 hrs south of you in Lethbridge,the shop I work at is 10 mins out in a small town called coaldale.I’m also a sikkens user for 7 years straight,know that stuff inside and out.
