I haven’t posted this thing before but we’ve repaired it about 5 times now. This time has been the worst so far:

The tip was shove in when I got it but was able to somewhat recreate the shape.

If you can get your hands on the materials cheap enough! That’s exactly what I would do too.
A lot of times race car parts like that are already being sold new for what you can make them for especially if a lot of guys are running the same type of car.
When I lived in Tulsa I used to repair a few diffrent guys Sprint car wings so often I wanted to just start making them from scratch and selling them but when I got done looking into all the materials and stuff to make them I found I couldn’t compete with the other guy’s who made them new.
So I just left it alone and just repaired.October 2, 2009 at 1:06 am #16207I don’t think I’ll bother with a mold. Knowing my luck I”ll build the mold and he’ll decide to take his business to another shop next season.
