Hello everyone, my name is Mike and I have been interested in painting in a little over a year now and have recently took on a job with a company that does auto restoration at most of my local dealerships. We do mobile repairs, whether it be a cracked bumper, minor imperfections, scratches, chips, headlights, and we also do trim work. I have been with this company a little under a month now and am loving the work. I am learning alot and would like to continue to keep learning as much as Im can, that is why I am joining this forum. I know a lot of you have been doing this for years and I understand the knowledge that comes with experience you all can offer newer guys such as myself in turn that one day I can do the same for someone newer. I am also a veteran in the United States Air Force having done one tour overseas serving in Iraq. I believe that the military has paved the way for my future and am very grateful to be apart of this great nation we call home.

I do however have a couple questions. Our company mainly uses sherwin williams products and our repairs come oput flawless. But, I am wanting to do some spraying from home and I was wondering if you guys knew a good website that sells good paint at a reasonable price that I can kind of practice with at home and or actually use on my friends vehicles and family? Also, I do have a cheaper gun that I am using now so if anyone has a gun for sell please send me a message anytime. I want to thank you all in advance for all my questions and thanks for your help with the ones I have asked thus far. Happy 4th!
