heres my brother working on that turd for me he just started for me today an is an awsome amount of help he got alot done on the falcon to

I work with 2 brothers and my old man here. Luckily we all get along pretty well!
I had my brother work for me at one time when I had just started chemo.
We don’t speak anymore because of it, and just about put me out of business.
He would finish up his work at 3:30 and leave for the day. At midnight his wife was calling and leaving messages on the answering machine asking when he was coming home. Add to that he damaged a lot of vehicles with stupid mistakes, and had more comebacks than were acceptable. Wouldn’t listen to what I needed him to do like blocking out hail damage after primer….
After I had to let him go he files unemployment against me. My contribution rate went from %0.6 to %8.
One thing I’ve learned is you can’t be a boss to family without it affecting your relationships.

well the first week went pretty nice had him cut an buff that s10 it was the first time he ever did anything like it so i let him do it in the booth:blush: :blush: actully he did pretty good for someone thats never touched a buffer before only got one little burn down low:) 🙂

ta be honest im petty impressed myself im going ta be curious ta see what he will be able to do in a month so far he seems ta take to everything i ask him ta do like a duck to water an yes its hard for me ta walk away an not watch but its getting easier all the time with him
