im still cussin having ta reshoot it arrrrrg!Can’t believe you painted that bumper on the car and left the lic plate on and fog lights in:P and why does it look like half of that radiator support is red
actually i did take the lic plate off an i did tape off the lights an painted the cover on the car i was afraid to pull it as it mighta cracked worse i learned this trick watching jimmos training vids:laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

I think it’s easier to remove the bumper, compared to tapeing the car off.
I can hang it and keep it cleaner that way.
But hey, good job, it looks good.B)ta be honest i always pull the front cover but this one was one of those unique situations that i was afraid to!!! first time i have paited a cover on a car in yrs the thing that pissed me off is i had ta respray it cuz the color was so far off whats scary is that cover actully came out clean:blink: :blink: i just kinda tippy toed my way thru this one cuz of all the previous repair work seemed like the thing to do in this particular case:evil: 👿

well finally its done notice the extensive use of masking tape cough cough i learned that from jimmo in one of his training modules saves me a ton of money:cheer: :cheer: :cheer: actually some one had taped it up b4 an the blend into the door was a freebie anyway but go ahead ding kick me in the balls i know you will:blush: :blush:

next is this little gem 3 stage of course:evil: 👿Let me get this right. you took the headlights out and painted the hood scoop seperate (which surprised me by the way) on a 300,000 mile hay hauler. But you put the headlights, bumper and hood emblem on the lexus before painting it.:P I’m embarrased. That is a pretty nice masking job though. still can’t belive you didn’t bolt that scoop in first
okay ding im pulling the lights an the emblem on the lexus before i paint it but not pullin the bmper cover i just wanted ta make sure the chinese put the holes in the right spot for the emblem:P 😛 after all you….. if anyone should know what to watch for on those chinese parts still i havent been offerd any free t shirts though:lol: 😆 😆 btw the hood on the suby is oem;)
LOL I have been in that situation before two its called what the customer wants as long as their is no safety issues Ill even leave the bugs on if they want.I get a few like that a year usually metros or festiva’s patchem paint em send em out.
