 Ah the smell of fresh bondo early in the morning.. I told the owner this is how I would do these fenders for such a cheap price.. He was fine with it.. Hope to have this one done tonight so I can put it in epoxy.. But that will depend on when my wife cracks and ask me to come back in the house:P

    Update:

Just a few whacks here and there and its gonna get skimmed and get out the door.. Gonna use all metal on the lip where it bolts to the body for added strength etc.. replaced alot of it:laugh:   I have a quart kit of epoxy from Matrix so I used it.. I have not used this because Matrix contains lead in the black and green and with all my kids and my constant pregnant wife running around I just wont use it… the white however does not contain lead..
geez i think it looked better before ya stripped the primer off funny how that works ya gonna do some blasting on it???that front edge looks kinda nasty but ive seen worse gotta love that old stuff huh:S :S :S
Yeah its going to have some blasting, some cancer cut out, metal welded back in, a hell of alot of shaping etc etc etc etc..

I also will use naval jelly along with steel wool to scrub and clean the oxidized metal off and get it ready for epoxy.. then I gotta replace some metal and get to bangin it out.. Problem is my wife needs her nap so Im back in the house again.. DAMIT

    Update..

Car is leaving tonight.. waiting for customer to come and pick it up right now..
Just giving a little reflection here.. you can also see the door kicked out slightly. I have advised the owner to cut the rubber down so the panel will fit flush..
this is a common problem with the aftermarket
    rubbers

Man thats a big SOB in that reflection 👿

Passenger side has an oem rubber.. Notice the difference??

Below you can see the clarity of the reflection.. You can also see how the hood is bowed up from the huge intake
that is on this car.. You cant fit the hood down properly.. I have told the owner he may want to put a lower rise
intake on before he trashes the hood.. Looks really bad in my opinion.. You can see things out of whack even more with the head on shot

Always do this shot before they leave too:P

    Hood is jacked:laugh: T

Look at the exhaust pipe on the drivers side..

Well this is my polished turd.. Now you see what I was talking about bondo:evil:
