We have just givin our down draft booth a make over also has water trays that the water gets pumped around the side of the booth and also has a strip of filter down the centre of the booth.
We sprayed the walls with that tacky glue stuff and does actually work real good stuff. What clear you using?? Is it meant for 1 or 2 panels like a bumper or gaurd blend through a door??
Some clears have there limits to how many panels you can spray without loosing gloss. I used to use spies turbo clear on some jobs looks great on bumpers and 2 panels max but do a whole front end and it just dies and drops gloss.. You could try using a medium hardner to slow it down but not to much 😉Yes i know what you mean ben i left my other last work place about a month ago because of the managment was like you wasnt happy there anymore was there for about 5 years.. new place im at is good grate bunch of guys no bitching and moaning.. I put it this way (a 40 hour week for me any way)is a long time to spend with people you dont get along with it wears down on ya in the end..
I would have a look at the other dealearship if i were you gotta be happy were you are thats half the battle 😉
