yeah i also use ppg deltron and all ther light blues arn’t very good. going to have to tint it..
well no wonder i can’t make the paint look good i wear the same brand paint suit as bondo:P
hey ben u ever make a tie out of masking tape to attach to your suit?:p

i don’t put any reducer in the mc270 clear.. i just mix it 4:1 i use the keystone slow reducer quite a bit with the dbc also.. works fine and alot cheaper and since we get our ppg products thru keystone they don’t have a problem with me using the keystone reducers in it..[/quote]i know thaaaat. i use omni too, only on specail occasions of course.:whistle: but you could add some to have it lay a little slicker.:P

neither one used the keystone slow reducer for 17 bucks a gallon it not to bad.. ther medium and fast reducers aren’t very good for metallicshere’s some pics of it cleared… this was job was done in a half way cheap way as that is what the customer wanted.. all the body work and prep of body and primer were done with a da’ and one of these http://www.nextag.com/Hutchins-Orbital-Action-Sander-797502034/prices-html?nxtg=170e0a500511-BAA3AC7F69AB5CE0 so all and all it turned out good for what was done to it..
just out of curiosity has the intake filter ever been changed it that booth? thought they were white:whistle:

i used the tekna on it.. will post some more pics of it a little lateryes the omni plus is the mbc.. just there new name for it and they added some more toners to it to get more colors..it hides a little better then the old mbc version also..

never tried either of those ones.. i use the mc270 frequently and would recommend that one.
